Prior to the passage of the 21^st Century Cures Act, the Public Health Service Act required a biennial strategic plan report for the Common Fund. With the passage of the 21^st Century Cures Act, the Common Fund Strategic Plan Report is now included within the NIH-Wide Strategic Plan.
