Q2. There are serious problems in the literature with incorrect identification of proteins in immunoblots. Having a more uniform set of reagents with solid experimental support would help alleviate these problems. It would also save the research community time and money related to many poor quality commercial antibody sources.

Q3. Two key stress-related transcription factors appear to be missing from the list. ATF5, which participates in the unfolded protein response and is important for neural development and progression of gliomas. NRF2 is important for oxidative stress responses
