Letter of Intent to the Research Office should contain the following: Title of Project, NIH Program Title, PI name, department and college, statement of how and why an EIA would accelerate/benefit your career, evidence of scientific creativity and productivity, description of the scientific research challenge, budget, and two page biosketch for PI. Limit for letter of intent is six pages total. Submission Deadline: October 15, 2012

In an effort to provide the highest level of excellence and viability for funding, a review process will be put in place if more than two letters of intent are submitted. The finalists will be asked to represent Oregon State University and to submit their application to NIH.
