Q3. SREBF1 and SREBF2, to complement other lipid metabolism factors already included in the priority list (e.g. PPAR family, RXR family, LXR family, among others) and thereby facilitate study of lipid metabolic networks.
IRF3, IRF4, and IRF7 are required to complement other IRF family members already included in the priority list and thereby fully exploit distinctions in IRF family functions. IRF3 and IRF7 reagents particularly are essential innate immune transcription factors.
STAT4 is required to complement other STAT family members already included in the priority list and thereby fully exploit distinctions in STAT family functions. STAT4 reagent will allow critical studies of the transition from innate to adaptive immune response. |
